Step One: Consultation
Find out if transitioning to your natural hair suits you with our hair analysis. Our expert will assess your hair type and offer personalized recommendations for your journey to natural beauty.
Consultations
1: Can be done through video and pictures sent via text (616) 821-9495

2. Photos of current hair under natural daylight in full view of front, back and sides of hair.

3. Hair color history of your hair and new growth visibility.
​
Step One is NON-Refundable $100 Apple Pay Cash this will go towards final service if agree.
This deposit doesn't guarantee a appointment.

4. If we both agree to move forward, you will be given a cost of service and the time frame it will take. Length, density is a huge factor.
Step two: Preperation
Preparation
When we decide to move forward few details are very important.
​
1. No other color/chemical service should happen to your hair.​
​
2. 3 to 4 inches of New Growth
​
2.All shampoo/conditioner that contains pigment (purple/blue/pink/brown etc.)
May NOT be used

3. To book an appointment for transformation 50% of hair service will need to be paid. You may reschedule your appointment if you do so at least 48 hours before scheduled time. If you cancel less than 48 hours to appointment the deposit will be kept, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. ​

Step 3: Service DAY
Today is the day!!!
In the nature of the service if usually takes a significant amount of time.
Please bring: Book, work laptop (defiantly can work during most of the service) earbuds for conference calls and phone calls/watching shows. Food and beverage are always allowed and can be ordered as well if you chose to do so.

1. Home care will be suggested
2. Styling new hair will be explained
3. Arriving alone: Salon is very small and there will be other guests and stylist.
4. Children will not be allowed at any moment during your service. If you have a daycare issue your appointment will need to be rescheduled with forfeiting your 50% down.
